In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
Marinate the Chicken:
Place the chicken cubes in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight, to let the flavors meld.
Assemble the Kebabs:
If using wooden skewers, thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each piece to ensure even cooking. If using metal skewers, simply thread the chicken onto them.
Grill the Kebabs:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If cooking these on the grill, fire up the grill to 400 degrees.
