First thing you want to do is clean your wings and fry them thoroughly
Coat wings with Olive Oil and All-Purpose Seasoning
Preheat grill to 350 degrees and make sure te grill grates are cleaned and oiled up so the skin does not stick.
Add your wings to the grill and cook for about 1 hour, flipping at the 30 minute mark.
During the final 15 minutes of cook time, add the wings to a mixing wl and coat in WARM BBQ sauce. Try not to use cold BBQ sauce as this will reduce the temperatur of the wings and impact cook time.
Throm them back on the smoker or grill at 75-400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes to allow the sauce to caramelize.
