Lemon Bae Wings
In the world of flavor-packed chicken wings, few combinations rival the zesty allure of lemon pepper. The infamous Lemon-Bae… think of it as if Old Bay and Lemon pepper made a love child and got sprinkled with my all purpose, lol.

Equipment
- 1 Large Mixing Bowl to toss wings
- 1 Sheet of Aluminum Foil
- 1 Wire Rack
- 1 Deep Fryer
- 1 Mr. Make It Happen or preferred frying pan
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon Chicken bouillon
- 4 tbsps old bay hot sauce
- ½ cup corn starch
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 lemon zested
- Lemon bae seasoning
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Wings:
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. This helps ensure that the wings fry up crispy.
- In a large mixing bowl, add hot sauce, lemon bae, and chicken bouillon powder.
- Toss in some corn starch and mix to combine. I like using corn starch for this recipe because of it’s added crispiness and light breading.
- Once the wings are prepped, get started on the sauce. For this, we need 1 stick of melted butter, 1 lemon, and our lemon bae seasoning.
- Set the sauce aside and fry your chicken at 350 degrees until golden brow, crispy, and 165 degrees internal temp.
- Once the wings are done, immediately add them to your sauce and toss. Serve alongside ranch or blue cheese.
