Korean Beef Bowl Recipe Pro Tips & Variations

  • Spice It Up: Add more gochujang or red pepper flakes for an extra kick.
  • Boost the Veggies: Stir in spinach, shredded carrots, or sautéed bell peppers toward the end of cooking.
  • Swap the Protein: Try ground turkey, chicken, or tofu for a lighter option.

Perfect Korean Beef Bowl Pairings

These Korean Beef Bowls are super satisfying on their own, but I love pairing them with:

  • A fried egg on top for a little richness.
