With its creamy Alfredo sauce, garlicky butter, and crispy bread, Alfredo Garlic Bread is the perfect combination of flavors and textures. It’s the ultimate comfort food that’s perfect for sharing with family and friends, whether as a snack, appetizer, or accompaniment to your favorite pasta dish. Plus, it’s incredibly versatile and can be customized to suit your taste preferences – add a sprinkle of crispy bacon for extra indulgence, or top with fresh herbs for a burst of freshness. However you choose to enjoy it, one thing’s for sure – Alfredo Garlic Bread is a culinary delight that’s sure to become a new favorite in your household.
We are going to get the party started by seasoning our chicken breast with all purpose, lemon bae, and Italian seasoning. Feel free to use whatever seasoning blend you enjoy on your chicken!
Once the chicken is seasoned, set it aside for a few minutes to give it time to absorb the flavor. Meanwhile, it’s time to get started on the garlic bread component. Slice your French bread loaf in half with a serrated blade and place it on a foil lined baking sheet. For the garlic bread spread, we are keeping it simple with 1/2 stick melted butter, fresh parsley, garlic, and then season to taste.
Pop that into the oven at 400 degrees for about 10-12 minutes or until it’s about 75% of the way done.
While the garlic bread is in the oven, let’s sear our chicken. They’re beautiful huh? Shoutout to my new hybrid 12’ skillet! Grab you one and sear your protein perfect every time just like this!

The chicken breast is done at 165 degrees internal temp. Allow it to cool for about 5-6 minutes and then chop into small pieces like so.
Pull the garlic bread out of the oven, set it over there beside your diced chicken breast that you’ve probably been snacking on already, and let’s make some Alfredo sauce. Again, super easy – we just need some butter, garlic, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese.
Pro Tip: always season your sauce AFTER adding in the parmesan. Parmesan cheese is very salty on its own and it varies widely depending on the brand etc.
Alright, now we have Alfredo sauce, perfectly cooked chicken, and garlic bread. Let’s build something epic! Add a thin layer of Alfredo sauce to the garlic bread (reserve some for dipping later) and then top that with shredded mozzarella cheese. Add your diced chicken on top of the mozzarella and maybe a littttttle bit more Alfredo, cuz why the hell not? We’re here for a good time, not a long time! Lol
Pop that back into the 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
In a world filled with culinary delights, Alfredo Garlic Bread stands out as a true standout. With its irresistible combination of creamy Alfredo sauce, garlicky butter, and crispy bread, it’s a dish that’s sure to please even the most discerning of palates. So why not treat yourself and your loved ones to the indulgent goodness of Alfredo Garlic Bread? Whether enjoyed as a snack, appetizer, or accompaniment to your favorite meal, it’s sure to make any occasion feel extra special. Cheers to good food, good company, and the simple joys of deliciousness!
