Intro

If you’ve never had a good Curry Chicken Salad, you’re missing out on one of the most flavorful twists on a classic sandwich filling.

This version is inspired by deli-style curry chicken salad but includes a few upgrades that deepen the flavor. Rotisserie chicken keeps the recipe quick and convenient, while warm curry spices, crunchy celery, and creamy mayonnaise create the perfect texture.

Meanwhile turmeric and smoked paprika enhance the flavor and color of the dish. As a result the salad becomes creamy, savory, slightly sweet, and full of warm spice.
